The Secretary for Security, Mr Tang Ping-keung, began his visit programme in Vietnam on August 28. The Secretary for Security, Mr Tang Ping-keung, went to GFS Headquarters on July 3 to visit the personnel participating in the rescue operation during the passage of Typhoon Chaba on July 2.
